These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and BINGO IRL (“BINGO IRL,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). They cover your use of the BINGO IRL mobile app, website, and related services.

By using BINGO IRL or joining a game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. Who Can Use BINGO IRL

BINGO IRL is intended for general audiences. If you are under 13, use the app only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the app only with permission from a parent or guardian.

If you create an account, you are responsible for the activity on it and for keeping your login information secure.

2. Playing Safely in the Real World

BINGO IRL sends players out into the real world to complete tasks. You are responsible for how you play.

• Follow all laws and local rules, and respect private property — do not trespass.
• Never do anything dangerous, illegal, or harmful to yourself, other people, or property.
• Do not harass, pressure, or photograph anyone who does not want to take part.
• Skip any task you cannot do safely or lawfully.
• Hosts are responsible for the tasks and settings they choose for their games.

You play at your own risk. Use good judgment, and put safety first.

3. Free to Play — No Prizes or Wagering

BINGO IRL is free to play. There are no entry fees, no cash prizes, and no wagering of any kind. Games, scores, leagues, and awards are for fun only and have no cash or prize value.

4. Your Content

You keep ownership of the content you create — tasks, game names, display names, photos, videos, and written answers. By submitting content, you give us permission to store it, show it to the host and other players in your game, and display it in that game’s results and recap.

Only submit content you have the right to share. If other people appear in a photo or video, make sure they are okay with it. Do not submit anything private, sensitive, confidential, or that you do not have permission to share.

5. Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior on BINGO IRL. Content that is hateful, harassing, threatening, sexually explicit, violent, illegal, or otherwise offensive is not allowed, and neither is bullying, impersonation, or spam.

We may remove content, hide photos, end games, or remove players or hosts who break these Terms, at any time and without notice.

Reporting and Blocking

Every photo and video in a game’s results can be reported from the viewer, and every player can be blocked so their photos and chat messages stop appearing for you. Reports are reviewed by our team, and we aim to act on objectionable content within 24 hours.

6. Acceptable Use

When using BINGO IRL, do not:

• Break any law or these Terms
• Interfere with a game, another player, or the app
• Copy, scrape, or resell the app, its games, or its content
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to play or disrupt games
• Attempt to access data, accounts, or systems you are not allowed to access
• Impersonate another person, host, or brand

7. Accounts and Deletion

You can play games without an account. If you create one, you can delete it at any time in the app’s Settings, which erases your account and profile. See the Privacy Policy for how we handle information, and contact us at support@bingoirl.com for deletion requests.

8. Changes and Availability

We may add, change, or remove features, and we may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date and may provide additional notice in the app. Continuing to use BINGO IRL after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

The app is provided “as is.” We do not promise that it will always be available, error free, or that every game will run as planned.

9. Limits on Our Responsibility

To the fullest extent allowed by law, BINGO IRL is not responsible for injuries, losses, or damages that happen while playing — including anything that occurs while completing a task in the real world, content posted by players or hosts, or games that are cancelled, interrupted, or lost. Your use of the app is at your own risk.

10. Ending Your Access

We may suspend or remove your access to BINGO IRL if you break these Terms or misuse the app. You can stop using the app at any time, and you can delete your account in Settings.
